I know there are probably arguments out there that Apple cannot admit anything is wrong for fear of lawsuits or that, yes, the frequency of the troubles are less than pub makes it seem. I do think that Apple better be careful about their cockiness because they will lose many of the customers they gained in the past 10 years. I already know several friends that have ditched their iPhones for others, in particular Android phones. Full disclosure: I have a Mac that I love and had an iPhone that I loved for a while until I had just a terrible streak of hardware issues.
